Features, plans, and what comes next.
Which plan includes private file uploads?
Pro includes private file uploads with Custom Questions enabled. Free and Standard support text and choice questions. Downgrading keeps uploaded files and file questions saved, but disables upload and download access until you upgrade. Business includes Pro features.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Manage your subscription and cancellation from Billing. Your active plan sets service, staff, booking, and website limits.
Will downgrading delete my data?
Saved services, staff, customer records, and website content stay in your account. Extra services and staff cannot receive new bookings beyond your plan limits. Website access is disabled on Free. Upgrade again, or bring your account within its limits, to resume using them.
What happens after my 30-day trial?
Your new account starts with 30 days of Pro access. No subscription? Continue on Free with 1 staff calendar, 1 service, and 50 bookings per month. Saved setup stays in your account. Business purchases start immediately without a trial.
Does Free include calendar sync?
Calendar sync is planned for all plans. Google Calendar, Outlook and iCloud connections are unavailable during restricted beta.
Does Free send booking confirmation emails?
No. Free still shows on-screen booking success. Outgoing booking confirmation, reminder, cancellation, and reschedule emails require Standard or Pro and notification setup.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, with Website enabled on Standard or higher. Enable Custom Domain and connect your existing domain. Domain costs are separate. Domain purchases through Schedara are currently unavailable.
