Using Schedara
You must be able to enter a binding agreement and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for account credentials, authorized users, and activity under your account.
Do not use Schedara unlawfully, interfere with service, probe or bypass security, send abusive or deceptive content, or upload content you do not have rights to use.
Business and customer data
You retain rights to content and data you submit. You give Schedara permission to host, process, transmit, and display that material only as needed to provide and protect service.
You are responsible for notices, consents, retention choices, and lawful handling of customer and staff information collected through your business. Do not collect highly sensitive information unless Schedara expressly supports it.
Plans and billing
Current plan limits, trial terms, prices, and billing intervals appear on Pricing and checkout pages. Paid subscriptions renew until canceled. Cancellation takes effect under terms shown in billing portal; prior charges are not refunded unless law requires it. Taxes may apply.
Service and changes
Schedara may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may update these terms. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means acceptance of updated terms.
Suspension and termination
Access may be limited or ended for nonpayment, misuse, security risk, legal requirement, or violation of these terms. You may stop using service and cancel paid subscription through account billing tools.
Disclaimers and liability
Service is provided as available. To the extent allowed by law, Schedara disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, or lost data. Schedara's total liability for claims relating to service will not exceed amount paid for service during 12 months before claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow all limitations, so parts may not apply.
