New accounts start with 30 days of Pro access, without a credit card. Choosing Standard or Pro during that period keeps your remaining trial days; it does not restart the trial.
When paid subscriptions open, your first Standard or Pro charge follows your remaining trial. Afterward, Standard customers receive Standard features and limits; Pro customers continue on Pro. If your trial has already ended, billing starts when you subscribe.
Business starts and bills immediately, with no trial. Without a subscription, your account continues on Free after trial. Manage billing and cancellation from your account.
Change plans. Keep your setup.
Downgrading preserves saved services, staff, customer records and website content. Extra services and staff cannot take new bookings beyond your plan limits. Website access is disabled on Free.
Private files and file questions stay saved after downgrading. Customer uploads and staff file access require Pro or Business; account exports remain available.

How does annual billing work?
Standard is $99 per year (about $8.25/month), Pro is $199 per year (about $16.58/month), and Business is $449 per year (about $37.42/month). The full annual amount is charged at the start of each billing year, after any remaining Standard or Pro trial. Savings compare annual pricing with 12 monthly payments.
Can I run more than one physical location?
Free and Standard each support one physical business location. Pro and Business support multiple physical locations. Phone and video appointments are separate appointment methods and do not count as additional physical locations.
Which plan is right for me?
Choose Free to start accepting appointments. Choose Standard for your business website, custom domain and automated customer emails. Choose Pro for higher staff and service limits, uncapped monthly bookings, private uploads and multiple locations. Choose Business when you need unlimited services and staff calendars.
